About

Ninja Pizza was started in June 2007, out of the frustration that there were no dedicated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles websites delivering timely or accurate news. In the beginning, updates most often consisted of announcing comic book releases and posting pictures of old collectibles. As the scope of TMNT news happening expanded, so did coverage on Ninja Pizza. And as new gears start grinding in the wake of Nickelodeon's purchase of the TMNT from Mirage Studios in 2009, Ninja Pizza will continue to cover everything a TMNT fan needs to know.

Your Ninja Pizza Editor-in-Charge-of-Everything is Rosemary, aka Roseangelo. Rosemary began her fascination with the TMNT in 1989 when she was 10 years old and in 5th grade, for reasons that she still can't quite explain. Through thick and thin, somehow she's never been able to turn a deaf ear or blind eye to the Turtles. At this point, over 25 years later, she accepts that they've just mutated themselves into her DNA and there's never going to be any letting go.

In 2009, Rosemary received a "Special Thanks" credit on the Turtles Forever movie for providing 4Kids with copies of the character designs used to create the original TMNT cartoon. In 2014, Rosemary was credited as a contributor to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Ultimate Visual History, having provided numerous scans of her collection as part of the visual assets presented in the book.

Seriously, he eats everything.

While Ninja Pizza is happily operated on a volunteer basis, monetary donations are kindly accepted. Any funds provided most likely go toward buying food for the resident rabbit, Owen. If he's not presented with food, he eats collectibles. It's not a pretty sight.
